Pizza and wine? Who delivers?
Benita is looking good. Fat (for a Longhorn) and sassy. Your blog is a daily ritual for me, I really like to watch the progress. Keep up the good work.
John, I think that first photo should be called benitanorth.jpg instead of benitasouth.jpg She was showing of her south end in the cam the other day.
Simply beautiful photography...you really are a wonderful artist John. And, something ironic to tell you about...I had a dream two nights ago that I came to visit you and we made pizza! So when I woke up I pondered if it was even possible for you to make pizza out there. Isn't that strange? lol
The Ancient Pueblo people made their doors in a "Tee" pattern. One of the stories I heard was it was to accommodate a bundle of fire wood through the door. I think you should redesign YOUR doors to accommodate one very long LONG HORN steer. After all , how is she going to following you inside???
On second thought, she might find your new green house to be more like a SALAD BAR! :) It amazes me how she doesn't get those things hung up ..... no wonder she gets bird-nest hung up there.
JW you sure have been a good thing for her, she is really looking GREAT!
That pizza looks delicious. Now I feel like pizza, though I've left the wife to her own devices. She came home stroppy, yet nothings wrong.... best to retreat to the cave and read email while she takes whatever it is out on the kitchen objects.
I've put the blunt knives away, the sharper ones don't hurt so much.
pip
how fast does pizza cook in your solar oven?
Looks to me like Bernita is in a family way so your going to have the makings of a heard come next spring.
I still have not heard what you plan to cover the frame work with , Canvas. Plastic tarp material, or fiberglas panels.
John, I hope this wasn't a progressive set of pictures; first there's a picture of Bonita, the next frame she's gone, and the third she's...(gasp)...she's longhorn pizza served with Yellowtail????
Love your work and cooking looks good too. You amaze me! caboose4449@yahoo.com
