National Bikini Day

Thanks to one of my webcam viewers for pointing out the signifigance of July 5th.  Still taking it slow while the back twinges go away.  All I mustered today was a trip south to mail off a set of Field Lab postcards to Finland and some welding prep work on parts for the next west end door.  93,100,68,0,B

Well! John...
Sorry the back is still bothering you...Time and some simple exercise will help your back heal...One day of pain will need five days of rest...Don't rush it my friend...

Perhaps the back ailment is a bit of dehydration?

Sorry to hear about the back! I blew out and destroyed my L4 a few years ago and the best thing I found to help out was SALONPAS (www.salonpas.us). They're a God send! If you can't find any in your neck of the woods let me know and I'll send you some!

Maybe someone is telling you that you need a day off. Take and enjoy a little v-day, if it persists then I think a trip to the dr is warranted here.

I am limited to not doing much for 7 to 10 days when my back decides to tighten up and grab. I can't even bend over to put shoes on. Best advice is what others have said. Let it heal. I do try to stretch it out a number of times a day when this happens until it heals.

Take this an a great opportunity for a well deserved vacation.
