There is no magic to owning a mount...Actually yes. There is no magic to owning a mountain vs any other kind of property - it is just a bumpy piece of flat land. The owner's name is on the deed and they have clear title to the property and they pay the taxes on it. That gives them the sole right to do with it as they please (at least out here), including restriction access to anyone else and being the only ones allowed to legally sell the property.
