Saturday
More screws in the roof but no poly yet....too windy this afternoon. Got 6 sets of solar Christmas lights for this year's show and spent a couple of hours troubleshooting two sets that didn't work. Fixed one - the other will have to be hardwired. Very poor workmanship inside these things. Exceptionally warm day. Got a call from Bonnie Cain this afternoon - her husband Dick spotted Benita being courted by two bulls when she was away from home a couple of weeks ago. (hmmmm...so that's why she disappeared for about a week) Would be nice if she could manage to drop a healthy calf at TFL next August. Keep your fingers crossed. 58,83,40,0,B
John: you are not the only one with problems with LED lites. Returned a set today. I expect better and don't often get it. You have my respect for dealing at the distances you do.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't seem that you can buy a lot of good quality items any longer either. The route towards making everything cheaper has put a lot of good manufacturers out of business.
ReplyDeleteI don't know much about cattle but can Benita still have offspring at her age?
ReplyDeleteWill keep my fingers crossed.
The old gal still has it. Where are Benito and Mr. Floppy?
ReplyDeleteDoes your ownership of Benita extend to the calves she has since you got her?
ReplyDeleteJohn...
ReplyDeleteIf she drops, I hope you are there to catch.
Love is in the air!
