crazy bird
For about a week now, a roadrunner has been spending hours a day either battling...or trying to win the affections of...his reflection in the glass on my solar water heater. Either way, I don't think he is ever gonna win. 86,100,75,0,B
Really great photo of your resident road runner! We have a road runner named "Rudy." His mating call is really weird, but he did manage to attract Mrs. Rudy last spring. I hope your road runner finds his perfect mate.
re: " Some people are like that, too"... seem to run into that on FB !!!
I have a crow that plays that same game on the mirror on my pickup - totally goos up the mirror and leaves a long white streak down the side. I've tried to have a heart-to-heart with him about it but he runs like heck every time I try to.!!!
That bird thinks he found the perfect mate. He figures they sure don't get any prettier than that. Some people are like that, too.
ReplyDeleteOmgoodness, that is priceless and a good picture. I was happy when I saw one at Big Bend.
ReplyDelete:-) that is true Dizzy.
