Big smile John. If you are interested in a great site I discovered: Foundmyfitness.com run by research scientist, Dr. Rhonda Patrick. She does a lot of video podcasts with other leading research scientists focusing on the fields of nutrition, aging, disease, etc. where she offers the information with ongoing research in a highly digestible format. It's a great site worth a look when you have a bit of time. I have been able to gain much inspirational knowledge with regard to health and wellness issues. Best to you.
Certainly you must be relieved John. Nothing better than good news. For a year I lived under the scourge of pending breast cancer. I told them I was o.k. and it was - just a bad joke. It makes one stop and re-evaluate life. TY David. I watched Foundmy fitness.com about Finnish Saunas. She gets very medically detailed. I really like the steam sauna at one of the gyms but do not get there as often as I would like. I sadly never took a Finnish Sauna because by the time I got there the fire had gone out and everyone was gone. (My Finnish friend who is in AA now as I am had to have his beers first so we were late at night. Anyway I did not want to go out and roll in the snow anyway).
Can't beat that result. Kind of like the Astros winning the World Series, difficult to believe its possible when the last result was 0-5 but then it happens! Now you are free to see the world, experience new delights, enjoy wine women and song! No wait, you had that and escaped to Terlingua before the plaque had a chance to grow. Just avoid those four wheeler flip overs and really consider whether paragliding or maybe just drones is the best way to fly and you're good for another couple of decades in the desert. Or maybe you write that book you were talking about a few years ago and migrate back east a little - perhaps Central Texas would be far enough. Plenty of good land here for a guy who does not need utility companies except for DSL! Plus you can build a pond for the cattle that will stay wet 95% of the time. And if the book does well, own riverfront property. Lots of that as well.
