The client has a lot to be happy about. A well-built solid Casita, solar panels, rain catchment, internet, a nice porch to drink a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets in the afternoon.
Without mentioning the panoramic vistas and the stargazing he will be privy to along with Terlingua's full moon.
Beautiful home and beautiful location. Good job there John. I'm jealous, warm weather there already. I went back and glanced....there are very few cold days down there it seems.
