pamit...well that certainly narrows it down. The family Asteraceae, alternatively Compositae, consists of over 32,000 known species of flowering plants in over 1,900 genera within the order Asterales. Commonly referred to as the aster, daisy, composite, or sunflower family.
Exactly, John. Now if you could get us a high-res pic, we could drill down in those Asteraceae possibilities. A perfect side project for Rover. p.s. No one says Compositae anymore.
What kind of flower is that. It looks similar to some that grows around our house.

Whoa! Gorgeous. Well, I can say for (99%) sure that flower is an Asteraceae, but that's about it.
