Virtually the same carbs, sodium, and potassium, and you don't have to keep buying and recycling all those bottles. (Recycling is good, not needing to recycle is better.)

In a 1-gallon jug (you may have to buy one 1-gallon jug of drinking water), add the following, shake well, and store where it is cool:

1 packet Kool-Aid (I like Berry Blue)
1 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Lite salt (contains potassium chloride)

You need something with a few carbs, sodium, and potassium to keep yourself hydrated when working outside.Nelson from Garland, Texashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06042919777772161208noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6120586935905234915.post-25404333935142374742009-06-25T05:44:49.215-05:002009-06-25T05:44:49.215-05:00Practice your welding on the rebar before you get ...Practice your welding on the rebar before you get to your roof. I sure like seeing the progress from here, so I know it's got to be very satisfying on your end, too.
How high do you go with the dry stack before you start filling the voids with concrete? Tie wire works wonders once the cells are gouted solid.

Keep up the good work. I have 10 acres, 11.4 miles away by road, just south of "Black Hill". I've been dreaming of building out a self-sustainable 20' container here in Austin and dropping it off out there as a desert get-away. You got me beat by miles.
