irony...
Alpine run this morning...groceries (skipped the meat section)...cow snacks...lumber for more concrete forms...and ordered 84 bags of concrete. Ben the stilt house builder has been out for the past couple of days taking a break from building in Fredericksburg. Nice as always to visit with him, but the sad thing is that he is taking the beloved Walter home with him. I'm gonna really miss both of them. 89,101,73,0,B
Walter looks very very heavy. Did you give a push?
ReplyDeleteOne tough dude if he got that up there all by himself! I bet Benita gave him a hand Or horn.
ReplyDeleteYep, he would have to get it rolling pretty fast to get enough momentum to roll it up the ramp.
ReplyDeleteI have been mixing my cement is a wheel barrow...not much fun.
ReplyDeleteBye Walter. How did he get it up on the trailer?
ReplyDeleteFrann, I'm debating getting one of those 5cf wheelbarrow type mixers.
Ben used a come-along to pull the beast onto the trailer
ReplyDeleteJW: Why didn't you just hook it up to the Tundra and back it on for him?
ReplyDeleteGreat picture of Walter, and his chauffeur-driven limousine. Will he be back later, or are you reduced to mixing by hand?
