  2. Not really on topic, but I thought I'd pass on a link to a PBS "Nature" episode about a naturalist who lived among animals (wild turkeys), and learned much about their ways and communication. The guy is soft-spoken, perceptive and patient, and tells a great story. In fact it knocked me right out when I saw it.
