nursing a boo boo
Just as well that TFL is still closed. Wrenched my wrist pretty good doing of all things - driving the go kart. Got a bad sprain on Saturday when I held on too tight to the steering wheel while hitting a big bump in the road. I have sprained it before so I know the drill. Spent an hour on Sunday trying to find my old brace. Ordered one Monday afternoon from Amazon and it arrived Tuesday afternoon. Amazon Prime comes through once again with their guaranteed overnight delivery for only $3.99. Thanks to UPS, it left Seattle, WA at 5:03:49 PM on Sept. 30 and I caught up with Manny on 118 at 12:28:01 PM on Oct. 1. 85,96,60,0,B,.14

ReplyDeleteRemember the Roadrunner & Coyote cartoons? The coyote would order a something from the "Acme Catalog", a safe or a spring or a giant rubber band & it would show up the next day?
ReplyDeleteThat is Amazon.com brought into the real world.
We live in the golden age! You want a wrist brace or a giant spring? Find it on-line, order it before what ever time today and get it tomorrow, track it's location on-line for that matter.
Almost instant gratification!
Hope your wrist feels better.
