no roosters were harmed...
Added a winch crank to make adjusting the oven a little easier. Cooked up 3 chicken breasts, 2 potatoes, and a bunch of carrots. 77,90,55,0,C
I moved out there in 92. Sometimes I wish I had stayed. I guess I had found what I was looking for. Sometimes it feels like I've lost it again. I usually find it under all the layers of bs. I'm heading out to big bend next month to shed some layers.
That looks delicious! I have a sun oven, but can't use it very often because of the wind.
