sedentary...
A year and a half of inactivity has rendered me 25 lbs. overweight. 90,94,73,0,B
Holy cow, I thought you said you lost that weight. That is not necessarily a bad thing. Sometimes a person can be too thin or be thin and not get all the right nutrients (that's a good one of why I am overweight). But losing and gaining and losing again and so forth is worse for one.
Everybody needs to get back in shape on occasion. Recently spent 3 mo. in hospital over a botched operation. @ 63 w/ some breathing problems I'm 4 mo. out and about to get back to where I was. Good Luck.

ReplyDeleteI've found that cutting out bread and sweets will let me drop 10-15 pounds in a month. Of course the catch is keeping it off.
