a walk around the block...
My morning stroll is up to 2.29 miles now. 67,76,65,0,W
Doing good. Seems you can have a normal life. Don't sabatoge yourself.

ReplyDeleteJohn have you thought about adding Rusking to your walks? Carrying a 5-10lbs weight in a Backpack? Should help the core tone up for flight.
