marketing day...

Out of the blue I got this email this morning.  After a couple of hours of research I decided to cut a deal with Storyful and licensed Ben's horn cam video with them.  I don't expect to get rich from it but it should drive more traffic to my YouTube channel and my friday night films.  Ben approved the deal as long as he never has to appear on the Ellen Show. 58,62,37,0,B

  1. That was funny. I would certainly hope 'Ben' would never appear on the 'Ellen' show. I would rather see Ben on 60 minutes or on Nat Geo's youtube channel on episodes on living good life and real diversity with living with 'Javier the Jevelina' (notice how everyone is polite and no one's fighting over hay:)

'By the way 'John. Theres a 109 year old World War Two veteran from Austin, Texas on NatGeo's youtube channel that's worth watching. This Veteran has the right idea on living and whats important in life.
I have two youtube channels. 'Coastal Coyote' for beach video's on Padre Island and 'Tex Texan' for political humor, satire, sarcasm and smart opinions. Its kind of patterned after Mark Dice and styxhexenhammer's channels.

  3. I like the one of Ben when he was young and frolicking and running. Also one of the ones when you were interviewed for TX Monthly by your neighbor. That one explained a lot. You make a lot of good videos.

  5. I like Coastal Coyote, but not much interested in all that hoopla anymore and too many people over there. The waves are nice but I now know about all the big bad things in the water, will take the gym. I'll take the desert now because more peaceful and quiet with far fewer people and some different kind of people like myself now.

  6. Well went to the other videos on opinion-funny. So much on the Internet. Prather said to pull yourself up and not let others pull you down and to think big without walls and restraints. Show up with the goods and produce. I laughed. I worked in the government in security in the office. When I decided to finish college my friend mocked me in a funny way to his friend (acted like I could never do it but I did and got my BA and entered grad school). Think big.

  7. Note that the "time sensitive" usually applies only to your obligations, not to there obligations.

  8. Was not Mary Burke Dan Rather's producer in the Bush 'W' story right before the 2004 election? About docs that showed he didn't show up for N.G. Duty, except the docs were printed on a computer that didn't exist at the time. I don't know, but the name rings a bell. I am probably wrong.
