The POATRI property owners fee has been raised illegally over the years without a vote of the membership. Adding a late fee to that is just adding insult to injury.
You always have a sense of self gratification when the chore is done..kind of like mowing and manicuring your yard...or stacking rocks in your and some of my case..as a crow flies I have a place in Cedar Springs about 15 miles from you. Only go there a few times a year and enjoy the violent weather..
I paid my property owners fee plus $10.00 late fee the other day. Oops.
