I got my first order of building materials delivered for my off grid kingdom on December 7, 2007. I spent six days meticulously constructing 20 precisely interlocking panels... then two days of assembly (Day 1 - leveling nine 14' pressure treated 4x4's and installing the floor. Day 2 - installing the walls, ceiling, windows, and door). I spent the first night in the basic box of my tiny house in the desert on this day - ten years ago. This was built using only a Ryobi cordless drill and circular saw with batteries charged by the sun. In a few weeks, I will post a video of the rest of the building process.
