Every Christmas, I order some deep dish pizza from Lou Malnati's in Chicago as a tip for UPS Manny. This isn't him (Manny wears shorts 365 days a year) so I instructed his stand in to keep one pizza for himself and give the other 3 to Manny and his family. Having worked for UPS I can tell you that "peak season" is not much fun for UPS personnel and getting a gift makes the day and the season. Good job John!
