    Excellent start. I love baking bread. So relaxing. Always trying to improve the method and the product. You have inspired me to try a croissant.

    I make 2 loaves a week; one for us and one for our neighbor. She always looks forward to the afternoon I am baking. Today we made a light toasting of the homemade bread ending up with either a smoked turkey or smoked ham sandwich. The better half said "it was better than what we would get out".

    John For the same amount of dough for 2 loaves I can make 16-18 glazed cinnamon rolls. I can make more money with the cinnamon rolls in sales than the 2 loaves of bread. Of course we have the warm cinnamon roll with Blue Bell vanilla ice cream for our efforts.

    Once you get a good cinnamon roll you will have customers begging for more.

  5. Do you have the pasta roller attachments for the PTO on the mixer? You can make so many things with ease with them. I have not done it, but I would imagine that includes rolling croissant dough.
