From The Bread Lab:  Altered the chemistry and cooking technique and finally got a "perky" loaf on the third test batch.  Field Lab Solar Oven Honey Oat Wheat has been perfected.  71,83,51,0,W

  2. What I want to know is who's eating all the experimental bread? Chupa's probably only good for 1/2 a loaf a day. Is it Ben?

  3. Each batch is usually 3 loaves. Chupa and I share one, I give one away, and one ends up getting chucked out into the desert.

  4. the less-perky loaf could be a desert training curling stone… but the XXIV Olympic Winter Games, and commonly known as Beijing 2022 are still a ways off… ;-)
    perky… also pesky & a little unnerving… are those blueberry eyes? anyway, a happy loaf (extra baking powder/fresh yeast?)
