  2. Mmmm, chickpeas. Whatcha gonna cook with 'em? My daughter makes an awesome chickpea salad sandwich. We've got a big sack of the same brand chickpeas. Good stuff.

  4. Either soaked over-night and then cooked or canned pre-cooked. Super delicious with canned sieved tomato and spices, it resembles an Indian dish. The amino-acid composition and content seems to replace any meat.
