I got my monthly copy of Texas Highways today. There was an article about concrete casitas at Willow House in Terlingua. Promoted for star gazing and such. Prices start at $630.00 per two night stay. Dang, I see serious tourism potential for TFL.
Rural land prices are going crazy where I'm at(indiana). The starlink system is amazing and seems like a game changer for off grid applications. Pretty amazing.
