It's beautiful John. But I don't see any inside grab bars...? Older potential buyers might appreciate that. I have a similar shower with zero grab bars inside, and if I were ever to slip I'd be done for. At 66 I think about things like that!
Today's Fine Homebuilding podcast and youtube video discusses a $70,000 bath as if it is becoming normal. A builder on that show suggests it would be much more in places like Manhattan. So $2,500 is quite the bargain.
