Cooking a chicken with my solar oven. Baked in a cast iron dutch oven at 375° for 3 hours. A little late getting this video out the door. Problem was I made this video today and didn't finish shooting and editing until 7:30 PM - and I had 3 failed upload attempts. Ate some really good chicken while I waited for the last upload to finally go through. I loved it! It's also wonderful when there is no one around to keep asking and pestering one as to "is it done yet?" or "why is it taking so long? We should have gotten a regular propane oven. They're really cheap and...blah blah blah." and que the backslap. Loved it! But the curiosity in me wants to ask...what was that you seemed to be showing Chupa and then you threw something on the ground?
