Finally figured out the settings for a decent live stream on YouTube with my slow upload speed using free software. 85,92,55,0,B
Great livestream. I watch many livestreams from all around the world. What I have noticed is they are more popular late at night and on weekends late at night. Now an outdoor livestream like yours John would get a lot viewers on Saturday and Sundays during the day, maybe in the morning when most people are at home drinking coffee and surfing the internet.
Almost time for our (3000 mile round trip) annual visit to our Mahan Hunt Camp at Terlingua Ranch for our fall hunting of doves, quail, and rabbits. Of course, the best eating are the doves & quail - which taste great grilled over a bed of desert juniper wood coals!
Most of the rabbits seen near our camp are the swift jackrabbits. Our hunting Labs have never managed to catch any of these jack rabbits - so we occasionally shot a jack rabbit for our Labs - as a reward for finding & retrieving our birds. The cotton tail rabbits - shown eating by the John Wells cabin, are far too smart to ever visit our Hunt Camp - because they know those mean Labs can catch them & eat them. Even more dangerous are the hunters - who shoot at them with shotguns! Because cottontail rabbits are also quite tasty!
One thing has me wondering about the Field Lab? Why no photos of blue quail? With all that food John spreads around - attracting rabbits, javelinas, burros, etc, etc. - one would think the quail would get in some of those great wildlife photos?

I don't get much quail action at TFL. Just as well since I have no desire to attract them to the area just so I can kill and eat them.
