carnal block

2 Corinthians 10:3-5

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh:
(For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)
Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;

You know I watched u tube from Afghanistan of girls memorizing sharia law in the Muslim faith. And just as I thought, the concepts are the same as Christian-- honor your parents, don't gossip, be kind and help people, God is the ultimate authority, woman should honor her husband,etc. It's too bad we have so many other problems now. Reminds me of the Crusades or other holy wars. Women don't like war I hear.

And Muslim progressive educated women are very upset with the Taliban for instance but are fearful and adamant about being careful of them and not speaking out for fear of death.

That tells me as I thought that we have to support our own country and people. Any other choice is disaster. And true enough, religion and government separate people.
