You have to love the shadows at this time of the year.

Very nice...most people would have not even noticed the shadow...nice capture.
The Sun is getting lower in the sky each day now, so those long shadows off to the side are becoming more prominent. Looks like you were heading north in the afternoon on 118 near Wild Horse Mountain (just a guess).
