trick yer mind...

Good to know someone got something accomplished yesterday.  Been trying to figure out why it is so difficult to get motivated on the container project.  I'm thinking that it is because the new living quarters is a luxury item and it just doesn't have the same urgency that all the rest of the construction has had.  Also - after almost 5 years...I'm kinda tired of building stuff.  As much as I have come to love little Ben, he is a distraction (although a welcome one).  Now that I have that settled in my mind, perhaps I can suck it up and jump on this project...perhaps.

Been thinking about another run of TFL tshirts since I have gotten quite a few requests.  Raising Ben aint gonna be cheap and I gotta subsidize his upkeep.  Pumped out a couple of teeny kids versions today for some friends in Marfa.  Need to talk to my silk screen guy in Alpine to see what we can do.  86,96,58,0,B, .10

I shot you an email: RE: Logo'd merchandise. It's what we do for a living, and I am sure we can produce some gear that will sell really well for you. Site is www.promopunch.com if you want to check it out.

I am all for bartering too. I know I could use one of those solar ovens! lol

Let me know if you want to pursue it.

Might I suggest your photography you have posted through the last few years. I miss Texas skies and you have provided them to my hearts content. Several years ago a friend wanted good pictures (which you have) of long horns. There could be a market for those also. Maybe a coffee table book . Just thinking...

Have you thought of finding a cow that's lost a calf and might adopt Ben?

John, sign me up for couple of new TFL shirts if you decide on another run. Maybe you could have you and Ben in the background and the field lab letters in the foreground.

Please put up a Paypal button for a FEED Ben fund. Let your readers help in this venture. We have enjoyed watching Benita and Ben and would love to be a part of the cost and care of Ben. We don't need a T-shirt or post cards to help with this. Use the funds for the care of Ben and any other of the critters that need help.

Let us help. This would not be a request for a hand out from you.

If yu awake now after 5 years of heavy labour, hard work and decide to enjoy some life.... would not be a bad idea..as yu seem straight, yu could still get a very nice bride/wife in Honduras, Nicaragua, just beeing there available 2-4 months. Take a temp leave ? that s why i asked yu once why yu not take interns etc ? In my case, when i retire there, will be with a nice young female to enjoy life/sex, and the only place yu can still get those is, as said above, dude (believe me i ve been there). BBend Areas are excellent to live, but not too much work is needed after place is found established etc. (slavery ended many years ago) Hunting for yurself, exploring, enjoying Nature and Life, not too much $$$ needed.
Yu might realize yu still have more lives to live and realize when might the time be to re-adjust.
I ve always thougth of the Greater BBend Areas as a place to do so. In my case the only thing "pending" is my 3 month trip to Honduras . Ones have not been there or outside America, do not understand that . One of the problems many have is thinking this is the only world we have. Beautifull females there in Central America and there 8 graders are NOT put with 8 graders... meaning a 50-60 year old male can get what he wants easy . Think yu might understand, dude.

Put me down for a medium and a large, if you decide to do another run of shirts. Coming out to the chili cook-off in November, and could probably scare up a few more sales for you there.
