Cool, John...you're streamlining and perfecting the Pepino process and it's cool to see the build.
I'm thinking about adapting your process and creating a portable Pepino of sorts for my next campervan build. This build will be 4x4 on an extended body cargo van, set up for both long-term desert and BLM dry camping and northern tier winter camping. She'll have lots of solar and otherwise be self-contained. A Pepino unit will come in handy when in dry desert areas of the country.
I'll send pics, and if it passes muster, I'll put 'Pepino/TFL, Burro Approved' on the side--or maybe a cool cucumber with beads of water on it--and point folks towards your blog and youtube channel ;)
