Water from nowhere? I shot this video with my DJI Mavic Pro using "tripod mode" in the intelligent flight mode settings - super stable with highly moderated flight control inputs. Attached the pump output hose to a bit of concealed PVC to channel the water up and out the hydrant. 125 gallons of precious rain water was sacrificed for the making of this video. That was fun ... watched it twice.
Ha!
Oh man, it's a real treat to see you having good fun with new tools.
Wicked clever.
Loved it!! Had me saying what the hell.
Ocotillo,
That was so good, i just like sam finn watche it twice. Knowing the water is so precious out there raised the value of the video .I've often wandered if the phone booth could be hooked up to your house phone because you have no neighbors to hear it anyway?
Bill ray: I had the pay phone hooked up to my line for awhile but it screwed with my DSL so I disconnected it.
I guess I'm too practical sometimes. Wouldn't want to waste that precious water. (My children said many years ago that I would squeeze a bull on a nickel until it shit. No, that was my former husband. I should be like Patricia and say what the hell).
Well i should have known you already thought of that.l will say in good humour park a trailer with a boat on it that would cool too, just saying.
Billy Ray ... The boat idea is very cool!
Near the ghosttown someone has a cabin cruiser set up as their camper. Looks pretty strange seeing a boat partially buried in the dessert. Probably easier to make rodent proof than a camper.
Another Fun Video John!
One of my fantasies before I moved out here was to buy an old shell of an air force plane and stick it in the side of a hill and make it livable inside...and spend my days dressed in a tattered air force uniform.
Texas yard art.
