my stuff

A rehash of my hour a day cleaning method.  And no...I don't dwell very long over stuff that I "might" need someday.  1.  Identify immediate trash and throw it away.  2.  Identify stuff I want to keep.  3.  Identify stuff worth selling or giving away.  3.  If I can't sell it or give it quickly, it becomes trash.  In order to organize the stuff I want to keep, I am trying to store most of it in identical Sterilite 64 quart clear latching boxes (just ordered 12 more from Walmart).  Looks much better than piles of haphazard containers and boxes.  59,70,33,0,B

Did you get a pack o Sharpies to label everything?

No labels yet...once it is all packed up I will go back and label bins - and cull again.

How's the Sterilite holding up?

I've had a couple and gone back and forth with Rubbermaid and one or two others....some of them seem a bit 'brittle' after awhile.

It helps to have a place to store your containers, unfortunately I do not. Your container looks clean and well organized.

The Sterilite has been holding up just fine so far...after 3 years in the desert.

The clear tubs are definitely the way to go. Being able to just look in and see the contents is way better then having to pull them out and open the lid. Very time consuming.
When you get ready to label I highly recommend the Brother P-touch label maker. Very user friendly and makes good looking legible labels very quickly.
