Cooked

Got an email about a month ago that Michael Pollan's new book Cooked: A Natural History of Transformation was about to be released.   The first 2000 pre-orders to receive an autographed bookplate to paste inside.  I got both.  The autograph arrived about a week ago and the book showed up today.  Cooked chicken, cheese, mushroom, kalesadillas for dinner tonight.
