Seems like one of your commenters provided a link to an article that said a bare minimum of 25 flight hours with an instructor were recommended -and some folks might need even more before they hit their comfort zone.

Also, have read that some folks might need a wheeled trike - not all bodies are up to all that weight on the landings at first. You look like a pretty skinny guy to me.

Perhaps you need to associate with a club or group for a while to get to that comfort zone as a solo flyer.

time on task with others, if that is an option, works for some difficult things. If you have close enough paragliding events/meets... etc...

or get another instructor out to your place... two steps forward, one step back and all that rot!

Remember to keep the number of succesfull take-offs equal to the number of succesfull landings
