TY for the video. Good news in Kansas City. Takes me back to the neighborhood where I was born in Columbus, Ohio (did not grow up there) and went back to visit and show my children the countryside and graves. Later I remember the times I spent days helping people to get housing, medical, food, jobs, helping at the food bank with OSU students and football players, etc. One lady told me I needed to help myself but I thought I was blessed. I tutored in the schools too. Later the city took over and now the neighborhood is rebuilt and a yuppie show place wth renovatd Victorian homes, new apartments, health facilities, modern grocery store, good city restaurants near downtown, etc. Consequently, I appreciate my circumstances so much now. I live on a lake now in the country with views of the hills and trees. No sirens and gunshots and helicopters all night. I don't have to hit the ground or hide in the bathtub with the gunshots. Blessed be God.

P.S. I can see the stars here (no pollutants) and last night the stars were so bright all over the dome. Before I left Texas and went north one time, a friend here told me we are all looking at the same stars. And up north a friend told me the stars are our ancestors watching over us.

The other day, John, I was thinking about crafts if you are interested in that. They are fun and pass the time. There is leather work for instance (belts, moccasins, purses, vests,etc.). Then there is beadwork. :-) There is painting (even painting decorations, bowls, etc.). Some people can do carving and woodwork. I think you know about block printing. One can make copper pictures. Oil paintings are so beautiful but the fumes bother me. I see acrylic paintings around here too at art shows. There are some good scenery and plant and animal displays. One can finish furniture too. And so on.
