Transgenderism: A Pathogenic Meme
What is the purpose of gender? Procreation. What is the purpose of sexual intercourse? Procreation. It is not politically correct to accept a behavior because of its' recreational value and ignore its' physical intention. It is Satan winning souls. Sin is still sin no matter what we are told should be tolerated in the name of "progress" (or is legislated to appease a voting constituency). What is next on the list of things we should tolerate? After all...killing babies to the tune of 1,000,000 per year is now an acceptable "choice" in the US. There is a horrible disconnect from God when acceptance of behavior goes against His intention - sex and gender exist for one reason and one reason only - and it is not so you can feel good or feel good about yourself. "But gird your loins if you would confront this matter. Hell hath no fury like a vested interest masquerading as a moral principle."

Thank you & God bless.
Why is there a photo of a female with the meme? It takes two to tango-equally.
Bulls like alfalfa, grass, salt lick mostly. Some other things like corn can make them sick or not.
Margery...that is a photo of Bruce Jenner.
John, you can feel however you want about this of course but I'm not sure how one person's struggle and journey impacts you one bit. How about live and let live and refrain from judging others. Nobody turns their entire life upside down for kicks. Tolerance works both ways.
Sad to say that somewhere along the way live and let live stopped being the Christian way, and 'judge not lest' sounds good but is not and never has been the Christian way.
:-) Oh yes, then one picture should be good enough for everyone.
I am watching a special now about good and evil and world religions and God. The pictures are interesting to me.
What John is saying is the gospel of the Holy Bible and the absolute truth. Our world has kicked God and his moral absolutes and values out of it. Gender and sex are for procreation in a marriage, period. It's the truth, no matter how much someone in the world believes the Bible to be "distorted by man" or it's "a book of fairy tales"...it's GOD'S word, nothing less. Just because you don't believe, doesn't mean it's not true.
And the Christian way in this world is never to turn an eye to sin. It's not judgment when you point out where someone has gone astray. Our job, as outlined in the "Great Commission" is to inform the lost of Jesus Christ and His plan of salvation and in order to do that, the sin in a person's life has to be pointed out. And just because we, as Christians, point out a problem in someone's life, doesn't mean we're perfect, it just means we're forgiven. Only one person in the history of the world and humanity was ever perfect...Jesus Christ Himself. HE was the one that told us in Matthew 28: 16-20...Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
You can't more absolute than these verses...
Agree wholeheartedly. Just because our government is denying God's Word does not make His Word irrelevant to our world today. You hear, "Judge Not." Well, if people would read the complete passage they would see that they are not to judge others to a different standard than they are willing to hold themselves to. On another note, we are actually only a jury, God in Heaven is the Judge. :-)
I personally wonder at times how a human body is wired, that area that is not on the surface but inside .I believe there's more to it than what meets the eye. When God created the Universe he done a perfect job. When he created carbon base creatures and gave them free will ,that where I question his judgment
I pop in here occasionally to read about off grid living. And then I get this crap...this bible thumping mythology is nuts. You believe ridiculous stories made up to give you some "faith" to believe in, and live your life by this type of outdated garbage? Wake up....it's 2016...there is a whole world evolving out there passing you by. Oh no wait, I assume you don't believe in evolution either?
Every time someone tells me they know the 'word of god' my eyes roll. People have used that trope throughout history. It just an accumulation of human written manipulation the same as the many political 'truths' we are constantly beaten over the head with.
Having said that I respect people's religious beliefs and I find great value in the Christian theology in particular, chiefly love each other and treat each other with respect. The ignoramuses like the Duck Commander don't seem to grasp that most basic tenet of Christianity, why listen to any of their nonsense?
At the age of 13, I had heard a sermon given by Reverend Cole of the Martinez Methodist Church in Martinez, Georgia. He had made a metaphorical statement that Jesus walked with a 2 edge sword. I did not understand what he was talking about at that time, but when I was 33, after meditating on the beatitudes: “Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” And this verse: “Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me”; I had an Epiphany. It was not only about Christians being persecuted, but also about the people that Christians persecuted.
This lead me into an understanding of this verse: Matt: 7-1: “Do not judge so that you will not be judged. 2. "For in the way you judge, you will be judged; and by your standard of measure, it will be measured to you.” No matter how many times I read this, I have not been able to find any justification to judge another human being for being human. It does not mean I do not judge, it just means I am seeing me in that person when I do.
To make it more frustrating for me, there is Jesus' Commandment: Mark 12:31: “The second most important commandment is this: 'Love your neighbor as you love yourself.' No other commandment is greater than these." If I am not loving my neighbor, what am I saying about myself? If I am judging my neighbor then am I judging myself? When I judge my neighbor not worthy of God's love then am I saying I am also not worthy of His Love?
What it comes down too for me is this: What I see in another human is me, when I judge, I judge me, when I hate them, I hate me, when I call them all kinds of things, I am really only talking about myself. So, it is easier to Love them for who they are because I rather chose to Love me.
Acceptance. Thank you Jay B. That was so incitefull. WhenI point a finger, I have three pointing back to me. Double edge sword-excellent.
I liked it better when "they" were still in the closet. Have a nice day.
