the right round...
Tried out the new cutting wheels on some 3/16" steel plate and it was like slicing butter with a steak knife. Started working on the front fork beginning on where the axles will attach. Whenever I need to mark a radius, I look around til I find something round that is just the right size. 62,71,53,0,B

Why does that grinder have rust on it?
Funny you should mention that...woke up to the sound of light rain at 6 AM this morning and had to go put the grinder under cover. Does that answer your question?
take care of your stuff. just sayin
John, I see you use the same circle template method I've been using for years. Works pretty well, for sure. One thing I have found useful is when your closest circular template is a little too small, I use a washer. Just roll it around the outside of the cylinder with your sharpie or pencil riding in the center of it. Infinite possibilities.
I thought I was looking at one of my quilting efforts there for a moment. ;>)
