Thank you! I've never seen a naked ocotillio....but i hope the thorns don't change. Merry Christmas John.
Just wondering why you preach the gospel on Sundays but insult people the rest of the week.
I assume you are referring to my correcting people who continuously share extremely questionable and/or blatantly false information on Facebook. I apologize for coming off as insulting. One has to be very careful in correcting and educating children - but the gloves are off when it comes to adults who should know better. I get vigorously attacked even from polite correction - such as when I only suggest "you might want to do a little research on this". Watching the online political debate for the past year has resulted in my having too little patience for people who simply refuse to do any research of their own when the tools are so readily available. Because of this, I have zero tolerance for people who cling to a distorted view of the world based on obviously flawed information. In this age of information there is simply no excuse for it and I expect more from mature/intelligent adults. That being said - this goes far beyond just silly debates on Facebook. Our world is filled with con artists, liars and thieves who seek to defraud us. The Bible warns us about the greatest deceiver of all — Satan. Are you aware of his tactics? Are you prepared to avoid his schemes, or could you fall victim to his deceptions? Satan is an adversary, who is clever, crafty, deceptive and dangerous. Satan knows our weakness and exploits them to great advantage against us. The Bible does not speak so much about the power of Satan as of his extreme subtlety, trickery and deceptiveness.
