Great job.
Oh. What are you going to do with your cull pile. That seems another set of chores....for sure...
But you've done beautifully through all this.
Are the mice still burrowing under the floor tiles and making them uneven?
I see a shortage of shelving, IMO, you need to invest in a bunch of heavy duty industrial type shelving units - available at Costco in El Paso, or possibly online.
You could line one container with shelving front to back and on both sides and hold everything you have worth keeping.
Your container structure is cool, but not with all the stuff - fewer and finer, or things own you and your space.
I'm up in Fort Davis.
Here's video with the shelving :

I bet that feels good.
I second the shelving idea... out of 2x4s and plywood or heavy duty metal... they will make
it much easier to keep things tidy when you need to grab something from one of those plastic bins... and if you REALLY want to optimize.. put those shelves on rollers! and you can then can keep them accordion style - like this: https://blog-cdn.southwestsolutions.com/wp-content/gallery/accordian-shelving/accordion-steel-shelving.jpg but DYI...
That's a funny video, and to think you cleared all that stuff out in less than two minutes. Super Man!
