I chose this site for the client due to the views and the little "peninsula" that juts out from the edge. The house will be built on "the mainland" with a path leading out to a patio at the end of the peninsula. Fantastic building site. Fantastic video. I'm gonna enjoy sitting at my kitchen table this cold, snowy winter and watching you build the big tiny house.

…it might be the lighting or an optical illusion, but it looks bigger than 300/499 sq.ft.… ;˚]P
no doubt the vistas will be spectacular. Aye, hope it is available for rent when not owner occupied…?
Lightening storm viewed from the ramparts would be something! as would the night skies over the playa…
one would feel like the laird of the hacienda-manor.
seating on the peninsula…

Well, Mr. Finn, speaking of snow. Josh Gates, Boston archeologist on t.v., said he wondered how far inland Leif Erickson ventured. He showed chiseled marks from 1001a.d. on a rock on the East coast. Being a good percentage Norwegian and then Sweedish, I took note, since the rock I sunbathed on in N. MI had the same chisel marks that I always wondered about. So I had to call some people and tell them about that rock.

I wonder what the foundation for the house is and what the build cost will be and the lenght of time will be to build it? Will you start a building co. too? My grandfather built some luxury homes for himself and they were featured in magazines. He did a lot of things. Building homes in my mind and looking at pictures has wasted so many hours of my life. Sometimes I even have a dream about it.
