I am building the house for a friend...on his property.
oh yeah... nice view. which direction will the porches be facing? my apartment faces southeast.
The porches will face north/south(ish). The window in the living room will frame Agua Fria Mountain.
You're a good site picker. Beautiful. Probably good to have a friendly neighbor ... down the road a ways.
...and well out of sight of TFL and not a full time neighbor.
Just noticed the flower/markers. Will the house go on an actual full size footing or on posts/pads ... or rocks?
In Kentucky many a house was supported by just the right size flat rock/rocks.
what a view ,,,,i dont think i could handle the solitude
