Just finished and shipped 10 of these custom silver rounds for a client in Austin. Poured then machine sanded with 100 and 220 grit sandpaper - hand sanded with 500 grit sandpaper - then buffed with 000 synthetic steel wool. Hand stamped on the back and 5 ton press stamped on the front. The imprints are darkened with liver of sulfur. Final polishing done with a 6" bench buffer with dialux blanc buffing compound then a plain cotton wheel.
