Rita beat me to the question, had not seen those parking meters before. Perhaps I missed that post?
According to my rough calculations looks like enough cinder blocks for a 2-block-high foundation all the way around.
Is that a new "structure" showing near the horizon just over the "visitor parking" sign?
Yeah...a young guy from Austin built that little vacation getaway a couple of months ago. At least I had 11 good years without another house in view. He is coming out this weekend with some darker brown paint to help it blend in with the landscape a little more.
Think time is over time to get busy
