So I killed what will mostly likely be my one rattlesnake of the year on Tuesday. Since I moved here 11 years ago, I have averaged one a year. I am tanning the skin but I don't really care for rattlesnake meat so I put the carcass out for the turkey vultures. A couple came in to feast for awhile then this one took the remains off for his own personal snack.
