How far away are you?
The Casita is one mile from TFL.
Mighty desolate out there. (I was almost ready to move in but this view makes me think again. Just joking.) The new resident should have enjoyable, peaceful times for brief stays. You have done a remarkable job.
The new owner is very fortunate he got a quality product along with peace and tranquility as an added bonus.
