I had a burro for about ten years while growing up in Houston.
"Brae Belle" was much in demand around Christmas time. Several churhes who put on live nativity scenes in the area would coordinate
their schedules every night so that Brae Belle could arrive and carry Mary into the scene. This would go on every night for a week. We transported Brae Belle in the back seat of a cavernous 1946 Hudson sedan.
I love seeing the burros visiting TFL. But as I said in a comment on FB, that's a rough bunch, especially when it comes to treats. Don't see many of the dark brown ones out that way. Seems they are predominately gray. But they're all beautiful. Thanks for sharing!!!
