I think it is reasonable for such a wonderfull looking shed.
$250k for 300 sqft and no interior pics? Wow. Watch out. If this place sells for that kind of money, property taxes for everybody in the area will skyrocket.
does that mean the trailer remodel will be in the neighborhood of 200k-land not included?
Beautiful vistas but unfortunately not in my price range.
Is Marjorie still around? Maybe she would buy it.
