agitates and spins...

The worsher functioned quite nicely this morning.  The binding seems to have worked its way out (with a little oil and some heavy handed cranking) but will need to dress the belts for some extra traction.  Assured of smooth sailing, I finished welding the structure - filling in all the parts I had only tacked down yesterday.

Got my special Kombucha vessels just in time today.  I am going to bottle the first batch tomorrow.  Brewed up another gallon of green tea and sugar tonight for the next batch.  84,92,73,0,B

I like the bottle. You could put other stuff in those when you get your greenhouse going.

Flavored vinegars - like pepper vinegar that used on greens.

Flavored oils.

etc.

Great John!
I wonder if you would be good enough to post some more photos taken from all round this marvellous contraption. I would really like to see how it works. It's the first time I've seen a horizontal axis one.
You seem to have made it very quickly and easily.
Is this simply because you are a genius?

Nice, quick work on the washer. I agree with some of the others that you definitely need to post a video of it in action. Eventually incorporated into the greenhouse, the gray water from washing/rinsing could help to water the plants.

Great shot of your new bottle. Waiting to see it full of your concoction, posed and photographed in the same setting.

As usual, thanks for posting, and good luck with everything.
