Started cutting more foam today...need to rig a fence to zip through quicker - the saw and guide "as is" only goes to 20". Fast/precise cuts is what I need. Ben doesn't seem to mind his first taste of generator noise. Carl weighed in on the progress today - 5lbs. 92,102,74,0,B,0

The picture of the work area, would make a perfect, " How many changes can you find in these pictures...Shoot a picture and then move some items around(maybe 10)and then shot another picture...First person to find all 10 moved items,has to buy a Benita tee shirt...See who want to be first in this game...

Look up a hot wire cutter for foam it might be faster and more accurate
You can heat up a ball bearing and drop it down the foam to form wire races. You might ruin a piece getting the hang of it. the rat
Are you plaanning to move into airstream, if not, what's it going to be?

Thanks for all the hot wire info - I have used them before to cut foam. The table saw is much faster.
I know you keep an eye on Ben, does he wander on his own around TFL or does he stay close to "mamma"

makes sure work of foams and batts, and none of those damn crumbs from the foam.
I have faith that you can cobble together a table saw side extension with a clamped on fence. As long as the centers on your studs is just as precise it's a cake walk.
