You are taking beautiful pictures with your new camera. Ben looks very content. I love reading your blog each evening. It's always a treat. I also enjoy the comments when people are being nice.
seems like I remember you had your webcam streaming from the far/roadside fence corner of BenLand the other day and was wondering how you pulled that off?Camera experiments are nice and the barn looks sharp - translucent panels headed to the roof on the ends for light? Was also wondering if Gunga had been around lately?
Not like you don't have enough $$ draws, but BenBoy might go for some of this... thinking the horn buds.

Looking good John. Are you sure you weren't a carpenter in another life? In over 40 years of construction trade experience, I have seen alot of DIY attempts. Yours ranks as one of the most professional. Very nice!!
i am TOTALLY turned around. when did that mountain get there!
Quercus...I was a carpenter in another life - a general contractor for 7 years in upstate NY. Rita...that is Hen Egg mountain, 5 miles south of TFL - distance gets compressed when using a telephoto lens.
Ben is quite the handsome boy. Can't wait to see him with full grown horns. Beautiful barn also.
Some great and very interesting photos with the new camera and lens. Hen Egg looks like it's right by TFL. Those horns of Ben's are sprouting out nicely. Looking forward to more photos from the new camera. How do you like it so far?
Ben sure is growing! What a beautiful boy!
